At 600 square feet, our first two tiny homes are not as small as classic tiny houses, which are often closer to 300 square feet and built as trailers, rather than on a foundation. The tiniest houses incorporate space-saving elements such as fold-up beds and ladders instead of stairs.
Our tiny houses still use features that maximize space and efficiency. They have large balconies, storage under the stairs, combo washer-dryers and compact “on-demand” electric water heaters that eliminate the need for a large tank.
